June 23, 2025 – Supported by the Faculty of Geographical Science and Engineering, Henan University, 2025 11th International Conference on Energy Materials and Environment Engineering (ICEMEE 2025) convened virtually today, gathering over 40 researchers from 4 countries to address critical challenges in energy transition and environmental sustainability.

Speech Title: Global Challenges and Prospects of Energy Storage Materials for Renewable Power Generation

Assoc. Prof. Md. Hasanuzaman from Universiti Malaya analyzed scalability barriers and policy drivers for next-generation energy storage materials in global renewable systems.

Nine young scholars from institutions including Nanjing Tech University, Shanghai Maritime University, Nanjing Tech University, Henan University, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, Chang'an University, Liaoning University, Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University and Guangxi University presented their research in the oral session. Topics spanned Energy and Combustion Engineering, Environmental catalysis and advanced oxidation, and Environmental Change and Ecology, showcasing the diversity and applicability of environmental science research.


The conference concluded at 12:20. The organizing committee affirmed that the ICEMEE conference series will continue to serve as a global platform for academic and industrial collaboration, advancing technological innovation in Energy Materials and Environment Engineering.
